What to do when your cell phone broke?

It’s just a nice day.

You take your beloved cell phone out of your pocket. Whether to make a call, check the time, or see how your portfolio is doing. Then suddenly, a car honks, or you thought somebody called your name, in that sudden moment, you got distracted. It was only for a second you thought, probably even less, but just in that short time, you let your grip loose and your very expensive gadget starts falling towards the floor.

"Smack."

"Clack, clack."

As you hear those sounds, you can't help but to imagine what kind of damage your cell phone has sustained. Didn't like that case because it adds too much bulk or just didn't felt right?

"I'll just buy another one down the road."

But that does not matter anymore.

My kung-fu grip was weak sauce.
If you are lucky enough, you might just get away with a few nicks and scratches. However, most of us probably are not that lucky. For the rest of us, we are probably staring at either a huge crack through the screen, or trying to turn the phone back on because it went dead.

What to do now? You certainly will need another cell phone for sure, but what to do with your old one? You could try to get it fix by someone, but going to a reputable repair shop will charge you so much money that you can probably net you a brand new cell phone.  Going back using your ancient cell phone won’t work, because it probably can’t connect to the internet or its one of the very old and clunky kind of OS that nobody has heard about. In the end, you end up getting another smart phone from somewhere like eBay, Craigslist, or end up extending your contract.

Still, the question of your old, broken, cell phone remains. Can’t let it sit for eternity in the closet and you can’t throw it in the trash either because you’ve paid decent money for it. So is there a better alternative?

Yes there is.

Come to Brokensellphone.com to see how much your old smart phone costs. Either its broke by someone sat on it or fell into the water, it’s still worth something to us.

Drinks Anyone?

Water damaged cell phone is quite a common accident. It can cause short circuiting on the touch screen or internal components of your smart phone. A quick wipe might seem like a fix, however, liquid intrusion might have occurred upon spillage. Slow corrosion will set in after time and cause malfunction of your smart phone.

Anyone who has experience of this type of accident will still be able to use their phone for a while, a few days or few months depending on the severity of the water intrusion. Soon or later your device will experience abnormal behavior or becomes increasingly un-responsive. That is the results of corrosion caused by liquids. Eventually, your device could stop functioning all together.

Unfortunately, like all electronic devices this type of damage could be expensive and labor consuming to repair, as main circuit boards needs replacing and often times LCD broken is also a symptom. Purchasing a new device would be suggested course of action and BECAREFUL next time when you are near water!

The Future of Smartphones.

The Man.
What will the future smartphone be like? I mean, its already doing many tasks that a home computer can do so far already. Playing games, movies and surf the internet just to name a few. They do however, have some specialized smartphones that can act as an projector and more. Just what other concepts will manufacturers come up next?

But given any educational guess, the next smartphone will probably be touch-screen(NUH, really?). Also, without any doubts, The Man over at Apple probably already have next model of iPhone lined up already in the labs. Apple pretty much has become the main direction in which the electronic gadget industry looks onto produce the next big hit. Just look at the past examples already, when the iPod is released, all other manufacturers rushes out to produce portable music players. When the iPad is released, all of a sudden, the market is flooded with tablet computers left and right.

Truth to be told, I hate to be giving anymore money to The Man. But you might find it is really well designed after using their product.
